Can I set customer-specific pricing?
Yes, you can define separate price lists for each customer/dealer. Features include customer group pricing, tiered discounts, quantity-based price breaks and campaign management. Price lists defined in your ERP system are automatically synchronized.
Is there multi-language and currency support?
Yes, we offer Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian, German, French and 20+ language support. You can work with TRY, USD, EUR, GBP, SAR and all currencies. Exchange rates are updated automatically (TCMB, ECB integration).
What are the payment options?
We offer credit card (installment/cash), wire transfer, open account, cash on delivery and check/promissory note options. Integration with Iyzico, PayTR, Param, Garanti, Akbank, İş Bankası and all virtual POS systems is available.
Do you provide technical support and training?
Yes, we offer 24/7 technical support. We provide 2 hours of online training after installation, user manual and video tutorials. We provide support via phone, email, WhatsApp and remote connection. Updates and improvements are free with annual maintenance contract.
How is data security ensured?
We protect your data with SSL certificate, 2FA authentication, role-based authorization, IP restriction and daily automatic backups. We comply with KVKK and GDPR. Servers are hosted in Turkey, in ISO 27001 certified data centers.
Can bulk orders be placed via Excel?
Yes, you can place bulk orders by uploading an Excel file. You can order hundreds of products at once by filling out an Excel template with product code, quantity and unit price information. Quick order screen with barcode scanning is also available.
Is there cargo integration?
Yes, we integrate with Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo, PTT Kargo, UPS, DHL and all popular cargo companies. Automatic tracking number generation, SMS/email notification to customers and cargo tracking features are available.
What are the reporting features?
We offer sales reports, customer analysis, product performance, profitability reports, inventory reports and account reports. You can analyze your data with real-time dashboard, customizable reports, Excel/PDF export, charts and tables.
How is pricing done? Monthly or yearly?
We have both monthly and yearly package options. Pricing varies based on number of users, dealers and feature set. Starter package starts from 2,500 TRY per month. 20% discount for annual payment. One-time installation fee is 15,000 TRY.
Can customization and additional development be done?
Yes, we can develop custom modules, design customization and API integrations according to your needs. We can develop custom reports, custom workflows and industry-specific solutions. All customizations are possible as we work with open source code.
Can you convert my existing website into a B2B platform?
